We’ll cover form, vibration, symbolism, and the interplay between concrete and abstract sounds. Learn about signal flow, collaboration, and musical hierarchies, while drawing parallels with nature and exploring ancestral and galactic music.
From Day 1, we’ll introduce the fundamentals of composition, the difference between composition and production, and guide you through exercises in deep listening and process-based creation. Unleash your storytelling through sound, whether it resembles a movie, abstract painting, or haiku.

You don’t need any prior experience to join this program. However, having access to a way to create music—whether through software or an instrument—is highly recommended and will enhance your experience.

CREATIVE SOUND is a 12-week immersive course designed to guide you through the art of electronic music composition. Over the span of three months, you’ll explore fundamental techniques, develop your unique sound, and refine your compositional skills. Each week builds on the last, offering a structured yet flexible approach to help you create music that truly represents your artistic vision.

The weekly sessions last 2 hours, offering a perfect balance of learning and hands-on practice. Each session covers key concepts, creative techniques, and exercises to apply what you’ve learned, with time for personalized feedback, interaction, and questions.
Assignments are optional, but I recommend setting aside time each week to practice and experiment with the concepts we explore. Ideally, 2-8 hours of extra practice each week is suggested, though this may vary depending on the student.

In the second half of the course, we often listen to students’ assignments, providing constructive feedback to support your growth. These sessions also offer an opportunity to address any questions or topics that arise, fostering a collaborative environment for learning and improvement.

Yes, video recordings of the sessions will be available for up to 6 months after the course ends. If you miss a class, you can catch up by watching it later, and you’ll also have the ability to revisit specific sessions whenever you need a refresher.
